Pengaruh Agile Leadership dan Inovasi Digital terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Teknologi di Kota Surabaya dalam Menghadapi Dinamika Digitalisasi Global

Perkembangan pesat digitalisasi global menuntut perusahaan teknologi untuk beradaptasi secara cepat dan inovatif agar tetap kompetitif. Kota Surabaya sebagai salah satu pusat pertumbuhan teknologi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan serupa, sehingga diperlukan pola kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan strategi inovasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Agile Leadership dan Inovasi Digital terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Teknologi di Kota Surabaya dalam menghadapi dinamika digitalisasi global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan 87 responden dari perusahaan teknologi di Surabaya, menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Agile Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan Inovasi Digital menunjukkan pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, yang mengindikasikan perlunya pengelolaan inovasi digital yang lebih terarah dan kesiapan internal yang lebih kuat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan agile dan strategi inovasi yang matang untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan perusahaan teknologi di era digital.
