Perkembangan era digitalisasi global mendorong perusahaan untuk bertransformasi tidak hanya dalam aspek teknologi, tetapi juga dalam pola kepemimpinan dan inovasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformasi digital, kepemimpinan agile, dan praktik green innovation terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan keberlanjutan perusahaan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method, dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima informan kunci, serta pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk memetakan pola keterkaitan antar konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi transformasi digital, kepemimpinan agile, dan green innovation berperan penting dalam meningkatkan adaptabilitas, inovasi, dan ketahanan bisnis di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan tuntutan keberlanjutan. Perusahaan yang mampu mengelola ketiga aspek ini secara sinergis terbukti lebih mampu mencapai kinerja optimal dan membangun strategi pertumbuhan jangka panjang berbasis keberlanjutan.
