Pentingnya Job Description dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan

In companies, employees play an important role, including the company itself, and the job description is one of the important factors that must be considered. The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of job descriptions on employee performance. The information used in this study was collected using a literature study approach from various national and even international sources. The information is then processed to produce the final research findings. The findings show a significant and beneficial relationship between job descriptions and employee performance because good job descriptions can positively influence employee performance with the aim of providing clear and detailed knowledge about the tasks, and responsibilities associated with each person's job role. , with the aim of improving the performance of employees in an organization.
