Dukungan Berbasis Sebaya untuk Manajemen Diri Pasien Skizofrenia: Systematic Review

Abstract

Penderita skizofrenia mengalami kesulitan mengatur dirinya sendiri dalam perawatan pasca lingkungan sosial rumah sakit. Ini memicu kekambuhan pada beberapa pasien. Beberapa program manajemen diri telah dikembangkan untuk memberdayakan pasien dengan gangguan jiwa berat dalam mencapai kesembuhan. Dukungan sebaya merupakan salah satu intervensi yang digunakan untuk membantu pasien meningkatkan manajemen diri melalui dukungan pasien skizofrenia lainnya. Meskipun ada bukti kuat tentang pengaruh dukungan berbasis teman sebaya, tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai penelitian dukungan berbasis teman sebaya dengan sampel orang dewasa dengan skizofrenia. Tinjauan pustaka menggunakan pedoman PRISMA, kami meninjau artikel dari database Scopus, Proquest, CINAHL Ebsco, dan Science Direct untuk penelitian RCT dengan batasan 2013-2019 dan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Enam belas artikel diidentifikasi, dan empat belas artikel dianalisis. Tinjauan sistematis menunjukkan peserta menghargai dukungan untuk terhubung dengan sumber daya berbasis komunitas, dukungan emosional yang ditawarkan dan dukungan praktis yang diberikan. Ini meningkatkan tingkat aktivasi pasien (pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri) untuk mengelola kesehatan dan perawatan kesehatan mereka. Lebih aktif lebih cenderung terlibat dalam perilaku kesehatan yang positif untuk mengelola kondisi kesehatan mereka secara lebih efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Peer based pada pasien skizofrenia dengan hasil manajemen diri yang dilaporkan, hasil psikologis dan kualitas hidup.
