Adaptive Governance dan Human–AI Collaboration dalam Manajemen Organisasi: Menavigasi Ketidakpastian Strategis di Era Transformasi Digital Berkelanjutan

Transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatnya pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan telah menciptakan ketidakpastian strategis dalam pengelolaan organisasi modern. Organisasi tidak hanya dituntut untuk mengadopsi teknologi secara cepat, tetapi juga mampu mengelola perubahan tersebut melalui tata kelola yang adaptif dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran adaptive governance dan human–AI collaboration dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang efektif di tengah ketidakpastian strategis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan analisis konten terhadap literatur ilmiah, laporan organisasi internasional, serta dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptive governance berfungsi sebagai fondasi struktural yang memungkinkan fleksibilitas, pembelajaran, dan akuntabilitas, sementara kolaborasi manusia dan AI memperkuat kualitas keputusan melalui analisis berbasis data yang tetap mempertimbangkan konteks dan etika. Integrasi kedua pendekatan tersebut menghasilkan model pengambilan keputusan yang adaptif, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan dalam manajemen organisasi modern.
