Psikoedukasi Kesehatan Mental Lansia Menuju Optimum Aging

Menghadapi masa pensiun adalah masa yang tidak mudah bagi lansia. Untuk itu, diperlukan kesadaran tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental guna mencapai optimum aging. Psikoedukasi dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk membantu lansia dalam memahami pentingnya kesehatan mental guna mencapai optimum aging. Pengabdian ini terbukti dapat membantu lansia menjaga kesehatan mental yang baik sehingga mencapai optimum aging dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan perasaan positif setelah mengikuti kegiatan yang diberikan.
