Abstract

The transformation of learning system during pandemic from offline to online and back again to offline has changed the way students learn. This may affect academic grades and changes in learning behavior, so adversity quotient in learning is needed. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to identify the level of students' adversity quotient to face learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. The collection technique used simple random sampling with a total of 435 respondents from various universities. Data were obtained using an adversity quotient scale which was compiled based on five aspects, namely control, origin and ownership, reach, and endurance consisting of 26 items after validity testing. Based on the results of descriptive analysis conducted, it was found the level of students' adversity quotient to face learning after the Covid-19 pandemic, the majority were in the moderate (41.8%) and low (30.6%) categories. This shows that the level of students' adversity quotient to face learning after the Covid-19 pandemic needs to be increased again by using psychological interventions.
