Psychological Well-Being dan Kepuasan Kerja Tenaga Pendukung Akademik Universitas di Jakarta Barat

Research on psychological well-being is an issue that needs to be considered by every agency, including the university level. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between psychological well-being and job satisfaction among academic support staff at universities in West Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The subjects in this study were 65 participants. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling. The scales used in this study are the psychological well-being scale and the job satisfaction scale. The data analysis technique used was the Pearson correlation test. The results of this study prove a significant positive relationship between psychological well-being and job satisfaction among academic support staff at universities in West Jakarta. This study also proved a significant positive relationship between the dimensions of psychological well-being, namely, self-acceptance, positive relations with others, purpose in life, personal growth, and environmental mastery. In addition, a positive and insignificant relationship was also found between the dimensions of psychological well-being, namely autonomy and job satisfaction.
