Flourishing is not something that exists only in an individual's mind, but a combination of feeling good about oneself, goals in life, also achievements and good relationships with others. The flourishing of employees is considered important for themselves and their work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work engagement on the flourishing of employees at Company A. This research is non-experimental quantitative research with a correlational type. The number of subjects in this study was 101 employees of Company A. The measurements used were the work engagement scale and the Flourishing Scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results obtained are that work engagement has an influence on flourishing. However, when viewed per aspect, it is known that absorption does not affect flourishing. That is, employees will feel valued if they can inspire their co-workers, and can enjoy and believe in the work they are doing. So, employees will be easy to develop in the workplace.
