Peningkatan Kinerja Berkelanjutan pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta se-Kabupaten Jember melalui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Inklusif dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif: Peran Mediasi Kreativitas Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan inklusif dan perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja dosen dengan peran mediasi kreativitas kerja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perguruan Tinggi Swasta se-Kabupaten Jember. Populasi penelitian adalah dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta se-Kabupaten Jember dan penentuan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 10 kali indikator. Sehingga jumlah responden adalah 20 x 10 = 200 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta se-Kabupaten Jember dalam kaitannya dengan evaluasi dan penilaian kinerja dosen dengan melibatkan faktor-faktor kepemimpinan inklusif, perilaku kerja inovatif, dan kreativitas kerja. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan inklusif dan perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas kerja. Kepemimpinan inklusif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, sedangkan perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Kreativitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Kepemimpinan inklusif dan perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kreativitas kerja.
