Abstract

Kanker reproduksi pada wanita merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan,

dengan infeksi menular seksual (IMS) sebagai faktor risiko utama. Hubungan antara Infeksi

Menular Seksual (IMS) dan kanker reproduksi melalui Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) telah

banyak diteliti, namun penelitian pada populasi tertentu masih memerlukan penelitian lebih

lanjut. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara riwayat infeksi menular seksual dengan

kejadian kanker reproduksi pada wanita. Penelitian cross-sectional dilakukan pada 82

penderita kanker reproduksi di RSUD AWS Samarinda periode Januari-Juni 2024. Teknik

purposive sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria inklusi penderita kanker

payudara atau reproduksi yang dikonfirmasi histopatologi dan berusia ≥18 tahun. Data

dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner tervalidasi (Cronbach's

alpha 0,85). Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05.

Mayoritas responden berusia 46-55 tahun (40,2%) dengan pendidikan SMA (40,2%).

Sebanyak 46 responden (56,1%) mengalami kanker reproduksi dan 36 responden (43,9%)

kanker payudara. Riwayat IMS ditemukan pada 17 responden (20,7%), dengan 14 orang

(82,4%) mengalami kanker reproduksi. Analisis menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara

riwayat IMS dengan jenis kanker (p-value = 0,014; OR = 0,208; 95% CI: 0,054-0,792), yang

menunjukkan bahwa riwayat IMS lebih sering ditemukan pada penderita kanker reproduksi

dibandingkan dengan kanker payudara. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara riwayat infeksi

menular seksual (IMS) dengan jenis kanker pada penderita kanker reproduksi. Mayoritas

responden dengan riwayat IMS mengalami kanker reproduksi, mengkonfirmasi hubungan

etiologis yang kuat. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya program skrining kanker serviks,

edukasi kesehatan reproduksi, dan vaksinasi HPV
