Author Guidelines

Submissions

We request you to submit your manuscript here by previously making a new user account. All submissions must be in Word (docx, doc format) format. Your manuscript should contain 4000 to 7000 words.

Terms of Submission

Papers must be submitted with the understanding that they have not been published by other publishing organization and are not currently under consideration by another journal, or any other publishers.

The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication, it has to be approved by all the other co-authors.

We require that our authors reveal any possible conflict of interest in their submitted manuscripts. If there is no conflict of interest, authors should state that "The author(s) declare(s) that there is no conflict of interest regarding the publication of this paper."

Peer Review Processing

All the articles submitted will undergo double blind peer review process to meet the international standards. The editor handles the complete editorial process of the articles and peer reviewers remain anonymous to the authors. Editor decisions are strictly followed for quality publications.

General Manuscript Submission Rules

  • Total Word Count: The complete manuscript must be between 4,000 and 7,000 words (excluding abstract and references).
  • Blind-Review Compliance: To satisfy the double-blind review process, authors must not include their names, affiliations, or any identifying identities within the manuscript text.
  • Citation System: All citations must be inserted using referencing software (e.g., Mendeley, EndNote, or the MS Word Citation feature).

Section-by-Section Formatting & Content Standards

Title

  • Formatting: Times New Roman, 16 pt, Title Case (Capitalize Each Word).
  • Substantial Content: Must be concise, specific, and accurately reflect the core focus of the research study.

Abstract

  • Formatting: Headed as "Abstract". Written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced, not italicized, and fully justified. The entire block must be indented by 1.2 cm to the center.
  • Word Count: Must be strictly between 200–250 words (does not count toward the main body total).
  • Substantial Content: Must be concise, informative, and self-explanatory. It must clearly outline the purposes of the research, the methods applied, and the core findings.
  • Crucial Rule: The abstract must be completely free from citations.

Keywords

  • Formatting: Headed as "Keywords:". Written in alphabetical order, with each keyword/phrase separated by a semi-colon (;).
  • Substantial Content: Provide 3 to 5 words or phrases. These must be precisely picked from the most commonly used terms throughout the actual manuscript text, not taken from the title.

Introduction (Maximum 30% of the paper)

  • Approximate Word Count: 1,200 to 2,100 words maximum.
  • Formatting: CRITICAL: Do not write the word "Introduction" as a heading at the beginning of this section. Start directly with the text.
  • General Text Sub-headings (if needed):
    • First Subheading: Times New Roman 12, bold, italic, justified, Title Case.
    • Second Subheading: Times New Roman 12, bold, italic, justified, Sentence case.
    • Third Subheading: Times New Roman 12, italic, justified, Sentence case.
  • Substantial Content:
    • Beginning Paragraphs: Must establish a strong background, clear entry point, purposes of the study, research problems, and the specific novelty and gap analysis of the manuscript.
    • Body Paragraphs: Must support the background with related, robust theories.
    • Final Paragraph: Must explicitly state the specific research questions or objectives.

METHOD (20% of the paper)

  • Approximate Word Count: 800 to 1,400 words.
  • Formatting: Headed exactly as "METHOD" (Font size 12, Times New Roman, bold, Capital Letters).
    • First Subheading: Times New Roman 12, bold, italic, justified, Sentence case.
    • Second Subheading: Times New Roman 12, bold, italic, justified, Sentence case.
  • Substantial Content: Must explain the rationale for applying specific approaches, procedures, or techniques used to identify, select, and analyze information. It must provide enough detail (whether the techniques are new or well-established) to allow readers to critically evaluate the study's overall validity and reliability.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION (50% of the paper)

  • Approximate Word Count: 2,000 to 3,500 words.
  • Formatting: Headed exactly as "RESULTS AND DISCUSSION" (Font size 12, Times New Roman, bold, Capital Letters).
  • Data Presentation Standards (Tables & Images):
    • Tables: Captions must be placed above the table with sequential numbering. The border layout must be minimalist—eliminate all vertical lines, leaving only necessary horizontal lines.
    • Images/Figures: Captions must be placed below the image with sequential numbering.
    • Sizing: A single page can only accommodate one table or image, up to a maximum of two-thirds of the page size.
  • Substantial Content:
    • Must interpret and describe the significance of the research data/findings in light of existing literature, critically evaluating them using a relevant theoretical approach.
    • Must clarify the gap analysis, explicitly demonstrating how this study moves the reader's understanding of the research problem forward.
    • Must connect directly back to the introduction’s research questions or hypotheses without simply repeating the introductory text.

Conclusions

  • Formatting: Headed as "CONCLUSIONS" (Font size 12, Times New Roman, bold, Capital Letters).
  • Substantial Content: Must clearly explain the author's final thoughts, the major highlights of the study, and its limitations. No new data or new statistical findings should be introduced in this section.

Acknowledgments

  • Formatting: Headed as "ACKNOWLEDGMENTS" (Font size 12, Times New Roman, bold, Capital Letters).
  • Substantial Content: Authors should provide specific research grant details (if applicable) or express gratitude toward individuals/institutions supporting the study.

Figures and Tables Formatting

Figures can be submitted only in high-resolution TIFF, PNG, JPEG or EPS formats. There is no limitation on the number of figures and tables for the author to submit in a Manuscript. Figure legends are mandatory.

Tables can be submitted Word as (.doc), Excel (.xls), and PPT formats etc. Each table must contain a brief title of no more than one sentence, placed above the table with the table number (e.g., Table 1). The legend and annotations should be placed on the table. Annotations may be used to explain abbreviations.

Reference Formatting

This journal follows APA (6th Edition). The following examples may guide you to format your references.

Reference Requirements

  • All references must be sourced 100% from reputable, peer-reviewed journal articles. Citations from non-scholarly sources (e.g., blogs, unpublished theses, general websites, or non-peer-reviewed materials) are not permitted.
  • Manuscripts must include a minimum of 25 references, all published within the last 10 years from the time of submission, to ensure the currency and relevance of the scholarly discussion.
  • All cited journal articles must include a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). References without a valid DOI will not be accepted.
  • Authors are required to use a reference manager application, such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero, to compile and format all in-text citations and the reference list, in order to maintain consistency and accuracy in APA (6th Edition) style.
