The birth of this journal was due to the large number of pkms articles that had difficulty being published, so on this basis the team thought of building this journal as a forum that previously had difficulty publishing pkms journals, so hereby on December 20, 2022 it was ratified by the issuance of the Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Social Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Jember Number: 1494/II.3.AU/KEP/FISIP/F/2022 concerning the Appointment of the Manager of the Journal Of Humanities Community Empowerment
