INSIGHT: Jurnal Pemikiran dan Penelitian Psikologi is committed to the open, broad, and ethical dissemination of psychological research. To protect the rights of our authors and clearly define how published works can be used, our copyright and licensing policies are strictly guided by the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Copyright Retention: Authors who publish with this journal retain full copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication, ensuring that all policies regarding copyright ownership are explicitly described, transparent, and mutually understood, as mandated by the COPE guidelines on intellectual property.
-
Publishing License: All articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/), which establishes a clear and transparent publishing license defining how the public can legally share, adapt, or reuse the work, strictly adhering to the COPE standards for intellectual property.
-
Third-Party Copyrighted Materials: Authors are strictly responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce any copyrighted images, scales, tables, or text within their manuscripts, as the journal actively enforces clear policies to protect original contributions and prevent intellectual property violations, in accordance with the COPE guidelines on intellectual property.
-
Pre-prints and Prior Publication: Authors are permitted to deposit earlier versions of their work in pre-print repositories, provided they explicitly disclose this upon submission to the journal, fully aligning with the COPE principles regarding the transparent handling of pre-publication research and intellectual property rights.
-
Transparent Publishing Agreements: Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, as the publisher, guarantees that there are no hidden fees or ambiguous contractual terms regarding the licensing of the articles, maintaining a well-described, transparent infrastructure for journal management as required by COPE.
