This study focuses on the experiences of women performing dual roles as the primary breadwinners in the digital era. Increasingly complex socio-economic changes require women not only to fulfill domestic responsibilities but also to serve as the main income earners. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), the study involved two women of productive age who have been performing dual roles for more than five years and actively utilize digital technology in their daily lives. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation as well as member checking with participants, ensuring the findings accurately reflect their experiences. The results reveal three main dynamics: (1) women's resilience in facing economic, emotional, and social burdens; (2) adaptive strategies implemented through time management, role sharing, and active coping; and (3) the use of digital technology as an essential tool both for work support and maintaining emotional connections with family. These findings extend previous studies on women's dual roles, which often focused on role conflict and negative psychological impacts, by providing a new perspective on how digitalization can serve as an adaptive resource. This study contributes to family and social psychology by emphasizing the importance of social support, role meaning-making, and digital literacy for women as family breadwinners. Practical implications highlight the need for digital-based women empowerment policies and programs while opening avenues for further research on the long-term impact of digitalization on women's and family psychological well-being.
