Author Fee

Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Indonesia operates as an Open Access journal, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide. To cover the costs associated with the peer-review administration, professional editorial handling, digital archiving, and online hosting, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC). This policy is clearly defined in strict accordance with the COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.

1. Fee Structure and Transparency

To ensure complete financial transparency and prevent any misleading practices, Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Indonesia clearly states its author fees in a place that is easy for potential authors to find prior to submitting their manuscripts, as mandated by the COPE guidelines on transparent author fees.
  • Article Submission Charge: 0.00 IDR (Free). Authors are not charged any fees when submitting a manuscript.
  • Article Processing Charge (APC) / Publication Fee: 750,000 IDR.
This fee is only applicable if the manuscript is officially accepted for publication after undergoing the full double-blind peer-review process. The journal explicitly guarantees that the ability to pay the APC has no influence whatsoever on the editorial decision-making process or the peer review outcome, adhering directly to the COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.

2. Payment Process

  • The APC of 750,000 IDR will be billed to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has received a formal Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Editor-in-Chief.
  • The journal provides clear and secure payment instructions alongside the acceptance notification.
  • If the manuscript is rejected during the initial editorial assessment or after the peer-review process, the authors will not be charged any fees.
