PUBLICATION FREQUENCY

Publication Frequency
Tarlim: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is published regularly twice a year (biannually), specifically in March and September. This explicit declaration of our publishing schedule is a fundamental requirement designed to directly align with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing, which mandates that a journal's publication frequency must be clearly stated and consistently maintained to avoid misleading authors, reviewers, and the broader academic community.
Commitment to Quality over Timeliness
While the journal is strictly committed to releasing issues according to its established academic schedule in March and September, the editorial board guarantees that the administrative pressure to publish on time will never supersede the rigor of the peer review process. All submitted manuscripts must undergo a comprehensive and objective evaluation, as our primary objective is to adhere to all core practices of ethical scholarly publishing. The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based entirely on its academic merit and ethical soundness, completely independent of the need to fill a quota for an upcoming issue.
Journal Management and Operational Integrity
In the rare event of technical, academic, or administrative disruptions that might potentially delay a scheduled publication, the editorial office will communicate these schedule adjustments transparently to our contributing authors and readership. We apply robust administrative workflows governed by COPE's comprehensive guidance on effective journal management to ensure that our operational procedures—including our publication frequency in March and September, business models, and electronic archiving—actively support and protect the intellectual integrity of the educational research we disseminate.
